An Optimal Control Perspective on Weather and Climate Modification

چکیده

Intentionally altering natural atmospheric processes using various techniques and technologies for changing weather patterns is one of the appropriate human responses to climate change can be considered a rather drastic adaptation measure. A fundamental understanding ability modify conditions requires collaborative research in scientific fields, including, but not limited to, sciences different branches mathematics. This article being theoretical methodological nature, generalizes and, some extent, summarizes our previous current field modification control. By analyzing deliberate from an optimal control dynamical systems perspective, we get consider as dynamic optimization problem with emphasis on problem. Within this conceptual unified framework developing synthesizing phenomena, process question represents closed-loop system described by mathematical model or, other words, set differential equations. In context, actions variations parameters selected basis sensitivity analysis variables. Application proposed approach illustrated low-order Earth’s system. For sake convenient interpretation, provide basics, well give brief glance at theory systems.
